BSN
BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program in nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
RN:
Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse with eligibility for Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Missouri.
Critical Care:
A minimum of one year experience as an RN within the last two years. Acceptable critical care settings are as follows:
- Surgical Intensive Care
- Medical Intensive Care
- Neuro Intensive Care
- Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Intensive Care
- Burn/Trauma Intensive Care
- Neonatal Intensive Care
- Pediatric Intensive Care
They do not accept the following settings:
- Emergency Room
- Post-Anesthesia Care Unit
- Operating Room
- Obstetrical – Labor & Delivery Unit
GPA:
3.0 from undergraduate nursing major (last 60+ hours).
Minimum GRE scores:
A combined verbal and must be taken within the last 5 years.
TOEFL
All foreign-born students and pass with a score of 83 on the preferred internet-based test (iBT), 570 on the paper-based test, or 213 on the computer-based test.
